Gentle level classes are designed to move gently and slowly, allowing all participants to gradually increase strength and flexibility.
Basic level classes invite the practitioner to build wrist and arm strength, offering more opportunities for weight-bearing in the upper body.
Wednesday Classes are in person and Live Cast through the lulu❁yoga app. If you’d like to download it, click here
Yin classes take place the first Thursday of each month and are designed to be a slower and more meditative practice, targeting the deep fascia, connective tissue surrounding all ligaments, joints and bones. This all-level class is perfect for the student looking to rest, recover, heal and strengthen the fascia tissue with the goal of improving flexibility and joint mobility, and to reduce stress and anxiety. (Yin Yoga is not recommended for pregnant women and the student who is hyper-mobile).
